If So, Here is Something That May Help

Hey, glad you made it to my little site! My name is Sandra and if you have ovarian cysts and are planning on little bubbies then I know you might be a bit worried about it because I was too.

I heard all about ruptured cysts and the difficulty of getting pregnant when you had cysts. I read about Hormonal imbalances and complicated medical terminology and to be honest I was freaked out a bit! I just wanted a normal healthy pregnancy and a buetiful baby but i knew i had ovarian cysts and pregnancy that made it painful sometimes.

I did end up with what I wanted though and got rid of my ovarian cysts in the process for which I am thankful for which is why I wanted to introduce you to Laura Hennings.

Laura is one heck of a smart cookie! She was just a regular woman living with oavrian cysts but they got real big for her and the pain was quite unbearable. In any case, Laura has done a lot of research into cysts and the more serious condition PCOS which helped her to find a natural cure for ovarian cysts during pregnancy.

I used Laura’s advice and it helped me to overcome the cysts naturally and have a wonderful little baby now thanks to her!

I dont know if it will work for everyone but it helped me and I think it can help you too. If you want to find out more click below to go to her official site and check it out.

I was never unfortunate enough to have a serious problem with my cysts while pregnant but a ruptured ovarian cyst and pregnancy are a very bad combination for an expectant mother.

The chances of infection and hemorrhaging after a cyst ruptures is quite high

A ruptured cyst can cause a premature birth which is dangerous to a child and moth

A ruptured cyst can also cause a miscarriage which is every pregnant woman’s worst nightmare and is what terrified me every time I felt the pain of my ovarian cyst.

A ruptured cyst is also incredibly painful so if you feel sudden incredible pains in the abdominal area you should see a doctor immediatly and explain if you believe you have had a cyst so they can check on the health of your baby and your own ovarian health.

What can you do to avoid a ruptured ovarian cyst during pregnancy?

There are many options to get rid of ovarian cysts but most involve some sort of surgery which is a dangerous concept at any stage but especially when you are carrying a child. This may be a ‘quick’ fix but certainly not the best.

More natural ways to shrink ovarian cysts when pregnant are possible by changing what you eat and a whole other bunch of lifestyle factors that contribute to the hormonal fluctations that are the root cause of cyst development and growth.

The first and easiest place to start is with food in my opinion though and the short and simple answer is to eat more fruit and vegetables and vut out overly sugary and overly processed foods which are part and parcel of many women’s hormonal problems. It will also help keep your developing son or daughter healthier and give you an easier birth.

Ovarian cysts and pregnancy are not a good combination. The long term effects of this on you and your developing child are quite bad with many women suffering ruptured cysts or twisted cysts which can result in premature births or often a miscarriage!

The short term effects however are usually related to the pain of a cyst as it presses against your internal organs and against your growing child. Cysts can often grow larger and he pain if they are twisted can be intense to the point of agony. This is not just bad for you but the pain and stress you feel has a knock on effect to your baby who is completely linked in to your internal systems.

So to protect your child and yourself from this pain here are a few pain relief tips.

Heat – Heat packs and hot water bottles are a good way to apply heat to your back where it can seep in to promote blood flow and ease pain. A hot bath can also help to relieve ovarian cyst pain and will relax you too which is important to de-stress.

Massage – While it might seem like madness to apply pressure to an area being pressured by a cyst this does help to relax the muscles around that area and promote blood flow. This can reduce pain from ovarian cysts while pregnant.

Avoid Pain Killers – Not so much a ‘to do’ thing but a word of advice. Pain killers can cause side effects that can be harmful to your child in some women and may make you feel quite ill. More natural pain relieving herbs such as white willow bark and even aromatherapy has been useful for many women to relieve pain and relax

However none of these will cure a swollen ovarian cyst. You must take action against your hormonal imbalance to shrink a cyst which takes a change in lifestyle and a dedication to it which should be an easy choice to make when your child’s life might be effected.
