What can you do to avoid a ruptured ovarian cyst during pregnancy?

There are many options to get rid of ovarian cysts but most involve some sort of surgery which is a dangerous concept at any stage but especially when you are carrying a child. This may be a ‘quick’ fix but certainly not the best.

More natural ways to shrink ovarian cysts when pregnant are possible by changing what you eat and a whole other bunch of lifestyle factors that contribute to the hormonal fluctations that are the root cause of cyst development and growth.

The first and easiest place to start is with food in my opinion though and the short and simple answer is to eat more fruit and vegetables and vut out overly sugary and overly processed foods which are part and parcel of many women’s hormonal problems. It will also help keep your developing son or daughter healthier and give you an easier birth.
